Timeline for Drafting and Revising 2025 Posters

By February 20: Share your draft of your research question and methods.
By February 27:
- Complete the research question and methods review task. (If you didn’t complete this writing task last week, you won’t have a review task this week.)
- Share a draft of your results.
By March 6:
- Complete the results review task. (If you didn’t complete this writing task last week, you won’t have a review task this week.)
- Share a draft of the significance of your results.
By March 13:
- Complete the significance of results review task. (If you didn’t complete this writing task last week, you won’t have a review task this week.)
- Share a draft plan for your 3- to 5-minute video presentation of your poster and research.
By March 20:
- Complete the video planning review task. (If you didn’t complete this writing task last week, you won’t have a review task this week.)
- Share a complete draft of your poster.
By March 27: Complete the comprehensive poster draft review task. (If you didn’t complete this writing task last week, you won’t have a review task this week.)
By April 3: Finish your revisions and submit your ePoster (as both a JPG and a PDF) and video (as a MP4) to the Planning Team (details forthcoming). Files cannot exceed 350 MB, per file. Keep in mind that you might need to finish revisions earlier to meet printing deadlines for your posters.
April 10th, 10:30 AM – 12:00 noon (with option to continue until 1:00 PM) Eastern: In-Person CCCC Undergraduate Researcher Poster Session in Baltimore (Baltimore Convention Center Poster Hall)
